At TUDN Fan Shop, we want you to represent your team with pride. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your officially licensed gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the gear is inspected.
